Step 2.
Chair chooses 2-3 of the challenges to debate in the next peer group
Step 3.
Members are invited to prepare and ask questions about the challenge
Step 4.
Members are then invited to provide solutions to the challenge
Step 5.
The member sharing the challenge will then be invited to feedback if the advice has helped
Step 6.
Where required, external experts will attend the peer group to support the discussion
